Why no app, no account, no card?

Scope is a protocol layer the AI calls directly. There is nothing to install on your side beyond adding the connector to the AI you already use. The firm pays zero, ever. Vendors pay a small cut of awarded work, captured at the payment rail through Stripe Connect when the job is done. That structure is also the answer to ABA Rule 5.4 (fee-sharing with non-lawyers): the commission comes from the vendor's revenue, not from any lawyer's professional fee.
