Who qualifies.

  • Vendor's primary coverage includes Houston (Harris County, TX), Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW metro, TX), or Denver (Denver County, CO).
  • First 100 vendors per service category per metro. The cap is per (category, metro): 100 court reporters in Houston, 100 court reporters in DFW, 100 court reporters in Denver, and so on for every category.
  • Vendor must complete onboarding (categories, coverage, credentials, payouts, rate card) and accept Scope's Vendor Terms of Service.
  • Status is locked in at onboarding-completion time. Position 1 through 100 is the order in which (category, metro) onboards finish.

What you don't get.

This isn't a different price tier. It's the same 5 percent take rate as every launch-window vendor, plus the structural package. We chose to keep pricing flat so the Founding Partner status reads as recognition, not a discount. The launch-window 5 percent rate stays locked for 24 months for non-founders; for Founding Partners it stays locked for life as long as minimum dispatch volume holds.
